Every piece sold by Datographie is printed for you after you order it, rather than picked from a shelf. Production normally takes 1–2 business days, and up to 4–5 business days at busy times, before your order is handed to the carrier.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Add the production time above to arrive at the total time from order to doorstep. You will see an estimated delivery date at checkout.

Orders are produced at the print facility closest to you, so most orders travel a short distance and arrive faster. This means items in the same order may occasionally ship separately and arrive on different days, at no extra cost to you.

When your order is dispatched, its status changes to shipped and you receive a tracking link so you can follow it to your address.

Orders produced and delivered within the same country do not incur customs fees. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges set by the destination country. Any such charges are set by local authorities, are not included in the price you paid, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Carrier problems, public holidays, peak periods and customs inspections can all push delivery beyond the estimates above. If your order has not arrived 2–3 business days after the estimated delivery date, please get in touch and we will look into it for you.

Please check your address carefully before completing your order. Because production begins quickly, we cannot always change an address after an order is placed. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require you to pay the cost of reshipping.
